Business Consultant
The successful candidates will demonstrate a successful sales career to date, and will relish the opportunity of moving into a challenging position where sales success breeds the expectation of monetary and lifestyle rewards. Applicants should ideally be of graduate calibre and must be hungry for success.

The role is home-based and will cover a predetermined geographical area that will establish you as the field consultant for the world’s largest business transfer agent. Calling on clients across your territory, your role is to gain new instructions and bring clients to the market with us. All leads and appointments are provided for you thus allowing you to focus on converting prospects to agreed sales.

We would expect you to quickly utilise the benefit of your considerable skills and sales experience to write business at a high level.

This role comes with a negotiable salary, fully expensed quality company car, mobile phone, iPad and a commission incentive with on-target earnings in excess of £65,000 per annum, and the rewards are considerable and unlimited for those with the skills and application to set themselves apart from the norm.

Sales manager (office based)
Enthusiastic, energetic sales manager required. You must have experience of managing and motivating a team. You should be results driven and be capable of achieving targets in a challenging and demanding environment.

Staff NVQ training success
Congratulations go to David Knowles, Gavin Naylor, Ellen McCorley and Julie Lowcock at the RTA client call centre for success in thier recent NVQ level 2 assessment. Further credit goes to both David and Gavin who are beginning their level 3 course.
In all over 30 people are currently studying NVQ level 2 at RTA through training provider 'Total People'.
